The Hotel is located in Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Island. The resort hotel has 244 rooms, with full sea views, and 5 restaurants and lounges. Other facilities include an infinity pool on the 13th floor, a health club, and the Sense, A Rosewood Spa.

For the hotel's swimming pool, this project uses AQUA pool equipment, such as 31 sets pool circulating pumps and 31 sets air energy air source heat pumps.
