For maintenance, removing the plug-in-type suction nozzle requires breaking the interface, resulting in higher maintenance costs compared to the spiral-type suction port. However, the thread suction nozzle uses a threaded connection and supports repeated disassembly. AQUA plastic suction nozzle is made of high-quality ABS material. After pretreatment, it is injection molded in one piece using a high-precision mold to ensure structural strength and dimensional accuracy. The stainless steel suction nozzle is made through a stamping and polishing process. The stainless steel sheet is stamped and shaped and then mirror-polished to improve corrosion resistance and water flow rate. Its interface is precision-machined, with the female/male thread tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm to ensure the pipe connection is sealed. The surface treatment uses electrolytic polishing (stainless steel version) / UV anti-aging coating (plastic version) to enhance weather resistance and suitability for pool chemical environments and outdoor scenarios. The entire process undergoes rigorous testing to ensure long-term stable operation of the product.
