AQUA grating uses high-quality PVC/ABS raw materials, which are screened and then mixed with UV-resistant and anti-aging additives. After being melted under precise temperature control, it is injected into a high-precision mold and formed under high pressure and pressure holding to ensure a dense structure. It is then vacuum cooled and shaped, and precisely cut to form anti-slip textures and scientifically designed pore sizes. The finished product must pass tests for size, strength, and chlorine resistance. Temperature and pressure parameters are strictly controlled throughout the process to ensure product consistency and durability.
