QDS depth sand filter is manufactured using reinforced polyester with fiberglass, which is completely anti-corrosive,with high mechanical, chemical and thermal resistance. Application of QDS Smooth Surface Depth Sand Filters

1. Large-scale water park

It is suitable for 3000 m³ wave making pool, with sand bed depth of 1.5 meters and filtration of 500 m³/h water.

2. Public Swimming Pool

Temperature resistance of 50℃, chlorine corrosion resistance, 250Kpa pressure resistance and 10h continuous operation.

3. Hot Spring Resort

The deep filtration precision reaches 15 μm, and the water turbidity is ≤ 0.5 NTU with the ozone system.

4. Hotel outdoor pool

UV-protected housing, stable from -10℃ to 50 ℃, virtually maintenance-free filter body block throughout the year.

5. Community Club Pool

Reduces backwash time to 6 minutes, saves 35 % of water and reduces operating costs.
