The AQUA wall skimmer adopts an one-piece molding process and is molded in one go through a precision mold, eliminating the hidden dangers of seams in traditional assembly. It uses UV-resistant ABS engineering plastics and incorporates glass fiber reinforcement technology to increase the structural strength by 30%.

The entire injection molding process is temperature controlled to ensure uniform wall thickness (error ≤ 0.5mm), and the inner wall is smooth to reduce water flow resistance. The finished product has passed 100,000 water pressure tests, and its chlorine corrosion resistance meets industry standards, ensuring long-term use without leakage and reducing maintenance costs.
